2. Ordering & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s trusted payment partners. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and another when it ships.
3. Shipping
We do our best to ship your order quickly and safely. Delivery times may vary based on your location and shipping method. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your order’s journey.
4. Returns & Refunds
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Please email us at hello@catchyourdreams.ca with your order number to start the process.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Once received, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
(Shipping costs are non-refundable.)
5. Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no extra cost. Just email us a photo within 7 days of receiving your order.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, product designs, and images on our website belong to CatchYourDreams. Please don’t reuse or resell our materials without permission — we’ve put a lot of heart into them.
